Transfeminine, also known as transfem or transfemme, refers to someone who is transgender, nonbinary, or gender nonconforming, and whose gender is mostly feminine, whether in identity, expression, or both. This might include trans women, demigirls, multigender or genderfluid people whose gender is predominantly feminine, or non-cisgender people assigned male at birth.
